Cancellation & No-Show policy

The required notice to cancel or reschedule a session with no fee (invoice) varies by session type:

  • Private, semi-private, and initial assessment sessions — 24 hours’ notice.

  • Small group sessions — 6 hours’ notice

  • No shows — A no-show (failure to attend a scheduled session without cancelling) will result in the full session fee being charged, regardless of session type or package status.

Late cancellations — Pay-as-you-go sessions

Cancellations made after the required notice period will be charged 50% of the full session fee:

  • Initial assessment $150 +GST: $75 +GST

  • Private $125 +GST: $62.50 +GST

  • Semi-private $165 +GST: $82.50 +GST

  • Small group $52.50 (GST included): $26.25

Late cancellations — Package holders

If a late cancellation occurs on a session booked using a package, the athlete keeps their session credit. However, a late fee of 50% of the standard session rate will be charged to the card on file:

  • Private package sessions: $62.50 + GST

  • Semi-Private package sessions: $82.50 + GST

  • Small Group package sessions: $26.25

Package expiry

Package validity periods vary by package size and session type:

  • Small Group (5 & 10-session packages): 91 days from purchase

  • Private & Semi-Private, 5-session packages: 91 days from purchase

  • Private & Semi-Private, 10-session packages: 180 days from purchase

Unused sessions, including any affected by late cancellation, are forfeited at expiry and are non-refundable.

Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of SC10 Academy (ex., medical emergencies, illness).

By booking a session, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy outlined above.
